Vera Hotel is Folly Beach’s newest boutique hotel, on East Huron Avenue a couple of minutes from Center Street and within walking distance of the beach. It comes from the same local owners as Hotel Folly.
The king studios are spread over four floors with an elevator, and each has a kitchenette, with private balconies in many rooms. The first floor has accessible rooms, which are hard to find in Folly’s older inns, and dogs are welcome with approval.

Good to know before you book
- Parking is in a reserved lot one street back, about a two-minute walk, with a loading zone beside the building.
- Dogs are welcome with approval for a one-time fee: $125 for up to three nights, $150 for four to six and $250 for seven or more.
- There is no pool or breakfast.
- Because it is new, there are only a few reviews so far.
