Some of these are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a booking, at no extra cost to you. When you book, you are dealing directly with that company: any information you enter, including payment details, goes to them under their own privacy policy, not to us. We use trusted service providers to run the Site, including WP Engine (web hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and the spam check on our contact form), and email delivery services that send our messages and newsletters. Comment avatars are provided by Gravatar, which receives a coded version of the commenter’s email address to show their profile picture. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
How We Use and Share Information
We use the information described above to operate and improve the Site, respond to you, send the newsletter you asked for, prevent spam and abuse, measure traffic and show advertising. We do not sell your contact form or newsletter information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers and partners described in this policy, or when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle your request, newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and published comments and their details indefinitely so the conversation stays intact. Analytics and advertising data are kept by Google under its own retention settings.
Your Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, control cookies in your browser, and use the opt-out links above. You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@conceptrix.com. The Site is a general travel guide and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
