Riverside Inn & Cottages is a group of restored 1930s beach cottages and inn rooms on the marsh along East Indian Avenue, from the same owners as Beachside Boutique Inn. There are five inn rooms with private baths and patios, plus four cottages with full kitchens and big decks that sleep up to four.
The draw is the river. A shared deck looks out over the Folly River marsh, and itās about a six-minute walk to the beach and close to Center Street. A continental breakfast is set out in the shared kitchen, and bikes and beach chairs are available first come, first served.
