Sticking with the Tex-Mex breakfast theme, chow down on their Huevos Rancheros, a bean and cheese quesadilla layered with peppers, onions, and black beans, and two over-medium eggs served with salsa and sour cream. Upcharge it to cover it in that warm blanket of pork, green chile, cheese, and diced tomatoes.

The Blackened Salmon BLT Wrap is crammed with blackened salmon, fried green tomatoes, crumbled bacon, romaine, and Cajun mayo. Or go full-on swine with the Southern Style BLT, piled high with fried green tomatoes, bacon, homemade pimento cheese, and romaine on wheatberry toast.
