Located on the 12th block east of Center St., this 1938 second row upper apartment offers sleeping for 7 and unobstructed views of the ocean to the east. We are at the end of the cul-de-sac with a large fenced yard, 2 decks, one holding a 6 person spa and one 20 feet in the air. We are pet friendly. The distance to the beach is about 75 feet.
